• 15+ years of banking, corporate-relationship, institutional-coverage, or investor-management experience.
• Executive presence with sound judgment and strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven leadership of teams responsible for major client portfolios or strategic relationships.
• Strong local network and credibility with CEOs, CFOs, business owners, family offices, and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relationship, engagement, retention, and service-excellence strategies.
• Act as senior relationship owner and escalation point for strategic investors and key accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with investors, banking partners, major corporates, family offices, and institutional stakeholders.
• Coordinate across internal functions to resolve investor requirements and improve the investor experience.
• Use investor feedback and relationship intelligence to identify service improvements and growth opportunities.
• Establish account-governance, satisfaction, retention, and escalation mechanisms.
• Represent the organization at investor meetings, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop relationship-management and investor-service teams.
