Rits Qatar is seeking a senior Instrumentation Engineer in Qatar to lead instrumentation deliverables, review IO lists, control philosophy, and instrument index diagrams; coordinate with vendors and support procurement and bid evaluation.
The role requires strong experience in instrumentation design, installation, testing and commissioning, FAT participation, loop checks, commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy specs and international standards.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in instrumentation design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience with control systems and field instrumentation.
Aufgaben
- Develop and or review instrumentation deliverables IO lists instrument index control philosophy cause amp effect diagrams.
- Support procurement and technical bid evaluation for instrumentation packages.
- Review vendor documentation participate in FAT and support loop checking and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with control system DCS and PLC vendors as required.
- Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy instrumentation specifications and relevant international standards.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues arising during construction and commissioning.
