Job summary

Técnicas Reunidas is seeking an experienced engineer to lead instrumentation design and project coordination in Qatar. You will calculate and specify equipment, review P&IDs, and participate in HAZOP/SIL studies while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants should have 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience, Qatar/GCC familiarity, and a strong grasp of Qatar standards and project requirements. On-site work with potential site rotations.

Qualifications

Minimum 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience, including substantial experience in Qatar/GCC.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Engineering standards, regulations, and project requirements.
Excellent communication, coordination, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Calculating, specifying, designing, selecting equipment under responsibility.
Prepare C&E diagrams, Control Narratives, Vessel sketches.
P&IDs revision and comments.
Participation in HAZOP and SIL studies; implement and close actions for Instrumentation.
Prepare Requisitions for Inquiries and procurement follow-up.
Interact with vendors to resolve technical clarifications.
Prepare Vendor Selection Reports for technical bids.
Coordinate data with multiple disciplines and maintain Documentum filing.
Support construction and commissioning stages if required, on site.
