Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineering professional for offshore oil & gas projects in Qatar. You will plan budgets, schedules, and staffing, ensuring adherence to standards and customer specs, while leading IC meetings and coordinating discipline activities.

The role requires offshore project experience, strong regulatory knowledge and ability to drive deliverables within schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from an accredited university.
• MME accreditation is a mandatory requirement or must be achieved within probation period.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan man hour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing by skill and experience.
• Ensure coverage for vacations and unplanned absences.
• Ensure adherence to engineering practices, regulatory requirements and customer specs.
• Support standardization of equipment specs, drawings and templates.
• Contribute to understanding technical knowledge, legal requirements and customer specs.
• Participate in project execution strategy and planning.
• Lead weekly Instrumentation & Control meetings and reviews.
