Job summary

The role blends hands-on engineering with customer-focused support, presales coordination, and vendor management. You will configure, install, test, commission, maintain ICT systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, OEMs, and distributors to deliver effective ICT solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant ICT/telecom/electronics or computer engineering degree.
• Proven ICT engineering and technical support experience.
• Strong configuration, installation, testing, and commissioning knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and after-sales support to customers.
• Configure, install, test, commission, and maintain ICT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Support ICT presales activities and coordinate with the Sales team.
• Meet customers and assess their technical requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and distributors.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify upgrade, maintenance, and service opportunities.
• Assist with project planning and BOQ preparation.
• Support successful delivery of ICT solutions and services.
