Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Engineer to support ICT systems, customer technical requirements, project execution, and after-sales services in Doha, Qatar. The role combines hands-on technical engineering with customer support, presales coordination, vendor management, and ICT project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, installing, testing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting ICT systems. The position also involves working closely with customers, Sales teams, OEMs, vendors, and distributors to identify technical requirements and deliver appropriate ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in ICT engineering and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of ICT system configuration, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting ICT presales activities is an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and distributors.
• Understanding of BOQ preparation and project execution.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical and project-related activities.
• Vendor certifications and relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
