Job summary

CESCO in Qatar is seeking an experienced ELV & ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology infrastructure projects. You will plan, coordinate, and control scope, schedule, and budget while guiding clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to successful handover.

The role requires fluent English and Arabic, strong leadership of cross-functional technical teams, and deep knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, IPTV, AV, BMS, and enterprise networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic mandatory.
• Proven experience managing ELV and ICT infrastructure projects.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV and ICT projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee ELV system integration including CCTV, Access Control, IPTV, AV, BMS.
• Manage networking and structured cabling deployments.
• Conduct progress reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, handover activities.
