Oryx University, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor to join the College of Business and Leadership. You will contribute to the development and delivery of modules on the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management programme and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.

Competenze

• PhD in Human Resource Management or a related business subject.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to inspire and maximize students’ potential through trust, engagement, and leadership.
• Experience teaching at tertiary level and developing modules.
• Experience in academic leadership roles (module/program/research).
