Oryx University, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, is recruiting an Assistant/Associate Professor (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer) to join the College of Business and Leadership.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver modules on the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management programme and collaborate with colleagues from organizational behavior, industrial relations, project management and leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD in Human Resource Management or a related business/management subject.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver modules for the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management program.
• Contribute to academic leadership responsibilities including module and program leadership, research leadership and college-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines such as organizational behavior, industrial relations, project management and leadership.
