Employment is seeking a Senior HR Application Specialist with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and related HR systems. The role focuses on ensuring payroll stability, system integrity, and continuous improvements across integrations and processes.

You will lead functional support, manage complex integrations with S/4HANA and banking interfaces, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Experience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll integrations and HR technology implementations.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional support and consulting for ECP, including payroll processing and postings.
• Coordinate integration testing, interface monitoring and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and implementation partners to drive system solutions.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives including S/4HANA implementation and HR cutover planning.
