Job summary

MPH CONSULTING SERVICES JLT is seeking a Senior HR Analyst in Doha, Qatar, starting January 2027 through December 2027, on-site. The role focuses on HR analytics, data governance, workforce planning, and HR systems to improve data integrity and decision support.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field, with around 12 years of relevant experience in analytics, systems, and workforce planning within the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR analytics, HR systems, workforce planning or compensation analysis.
• Experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical coordination or knowledge transfer within a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose inconsistencies and misalignments in workforce structures, position data and job architecture; assess data against standards and recommend corrections to strengthen data integrity across HR systems.
• Construct detailed workforce cost analyses and compensation trend assessments to support cost optimization and internal equity.
• Develop workforce planning analyses and headcount forecasts in collaboration with HRBPs and functions, identifying gaps and risks.
• Build and enhance HR system reporting outputs and dashboards to improve data reliability and decision support.
• Map HR governance and compliance against reporting outputs, identifying gaps and developing recommendations to strengthen accuracy and audit readiness.
