Job summary

A leading energy firm in Doha seeks a subject matter expert in HR governance. You will support Energy Sector companies by aligning their HR practices with policy frameworks, responding to queries, and collaborating with senior HR management. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of HR experience, advanced analytical and communication skills, and a degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP is also desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR function.
• Expertise in total rewards strategy development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HR Policy Governance framework.
• Respond to Sector company queries on behalf of HR.
• Meet with Senior HR Management teams for policy alignment.
