Job summary

Employment in Doha, Qatar, seeks a People Intelligence & Insights Specialist to design, build, and deliver workforce analytics enabling data-driven HR decisions and business strategy.

You will develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics across talent acquisition, development, learning, nationalization, and organizational design, using SQL, Python, and BI tools on a modern data stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience with enterprise HR datasets.
• Ability to translate workforce data into meaningful insights for leadership.
• Strong SQL, Python, data warehousing, and cloud analytics experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver workforce intelligence solutions for HR and business.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics for talent areas (acquisition, development, analytics).
• Build and optimize data pipelines on GCP/Databricks and maintain data models.
• Create Power BI dashboards and insight products; present analyses to stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance and alignment of HR metrics across the organization.
