Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Health Program / Healthcare / Public Health Program Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• PMP / Project Management certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Strong experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder and partnership management experience.
• Experience in healthcare/public health strategy and governance.
• Strong risk management, reporting, compliance, and business case development skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end health programs from strategy and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Develop program strategies, plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Build and manage partnerships with healthcare organizations, government entities, private-sector partners, and international organizations.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate leadership meetings, committees, events, and communications.
• Conduct research, identify opportunities, and develop new health programs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Identify program risks, issues, and compliance requirements and implement mitigation measures.
• Support public health governance, policy alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver health-related training and knowledge-transfer initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making across health programs.
