Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Healthcare Management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in PCC context or Healthcare Administration.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop health program strategies in collaboration with the Director.
• Plan, design, budget, and report on health programs.
• Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes with defined indicators.
• Build partnerships with national health organizations and stakeholders.
• Lead and engage teams to sustain program activities.
