Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget, with a strong focus on stakeholder coordination and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders both internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans outlining goals, tasks, timelines and resources
• Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
• Work with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
• Set up appropriate controls to monitor progress against objectives
• Establish performance metrics for projects
• Identify potential risks or deviations from plan and take corrective action
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
