Qatar Charity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead humanitarian and development programs across its international operations. The role requires coordinating with field offices worldwide, ensuring adherence to donor requirements, budgets, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s considered an advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent are desirable.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in humanitarian, development, NGO, or international organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead humanitarian and development needs assessments using appropriate methods.
Develop program and project proposals per donor requirements and Qatar Charity standards.
Design and maintain implementation plans, schedules, and monitoring frameworks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgets.
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Prepare periodic technical reports for donors and headquarters.
Coordinate with partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders for successful delivery.
Oversee project closures, handovers, and final evaluations.
