Job summary

Amentum seeks a Fuels Superintendent/POL Distribution Manager to lead the Fuels program on site in Qatar. You will supervise personnel, manage maintenance, reconstitution, storage and deployment of all Fuels Handling Equipment and vehicle assets in line with USAF requirements and the PWS, while improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure adherence to the Amentum QMS and coordinate with management to implement procedures, supervise inspections, and manage asset reporting.

Qualifications

• Five years (5) USAF or US Service equivalent supervisory experience is required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
• Must have a valid U.S. passport valid for at least 18 months.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and supervision to all Fuels employees.
• Assigns Fuels work priorities.
• Coordinates Fuels support requirements with management and other functional areas.
• Reviews and implements Fuels reconstitution goals and ensures scheduled inspections are performed as required.
• Compiles information and submits reports on Fuels asset status, inspections, inventory, reconstitution and storage.
• Ensures compliance with Quality and safety policies and procedures.
