Job summary

Amentum is seeking a seasoned Munitions Shift Supervisor in Qatar to plan and direct the munitions department's daily production, storage, inspection and shipping activities in line with safety and QA standards. The role requires seven or more years in USAF munitions or equivalent, plus five years of supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Travel and PPE usage are required in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.
• Proficient in PC and Windows OS and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• May be required to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Munitions Superintendent in safety, training and quality control programs.
• Manage the Sift according to AFMAN 21-200, DAFMAN 21-201 and Munitions SOP.
• Develop production schedules to meet daily timelines and tasks; submit for approval.
• Utilize TICMS in all production efforts.
• Verify accountability docs are completed and submitted timely.
• Advise on personnel performance and root causes of negative trends.
• Monitor skills and proficiency affecting production.
• Conduct end-of-shift verification and secure facilities.
• Analyze compliance of TCTOs and MMHE maintenance with follow-up on back-ordered parts.
• Track training requirements and ensure training is delivered.
• Ensure PPE use and operation of light vehicles and equipment.
