Job summary

UCC Holding in Qatar seeks a Senior Expeditor for our EPC Oil & Gas team. You will monitor vendor engineering, manufacturing, inspections, testing, documentation and shipments to ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules.

Key duties include tracking milestones, expediting critical deliverables, coordinating with Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, Construction and Project Controls, and maintaining expediting registers to mitigate delays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, expediting, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, inspection requirements, and international shipments.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance and purchase order milestones.
• Expedite engineering deliverables, manufacturing, inspections, and shipments.
• Identify delivery risks and drive recovery plans to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, Construction, and Project Controls teams.
• Track long-lead and critical equipment packages.
• Maintain accurate progress reports, delivery forecasts, and expediting registers.
