SPIE Global Services Energy Middle East LLC, Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Project Control Engineer to support planning, monitoring, and controlling project cost, schedule, and progress across major projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and company standards.

The role partners with the Senior Project Control Engineer, analyzes schedules, forecasts, and progress, and prepares weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management while coordinating with EPC

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls on major EPCC projects.
• Certification in project management preferred (PMP/CCP).
• Experience in fertilizer or petrochemical plants preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure contractor schedules meet EPCC contract requirements.
• Oversee critical path analysis, float management, schedule optimization.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and contractors on detailed schedules.
• Lead baseline schedule development with resource loading.
• Monitor progress vs baseline and forecast; propose recovery plans.
• Implement planning tools and ensure consistent use.
• Track physical progress, earned value, and reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and executive summaries.
• Maintain auditable planning records.
