Job summary

UCC Holding in Qatar is seeking a senior project controls professional to join as an independent reviewer, applying cost engineering, planning, EVM, and claims experience to test the integrity of others' numbers rather than producing them.

You will work with EPC project teams, evaluate cost-to-complete estimates, schedules, and variation orders, and present findings clearly to project directors and contracts teams, guiding next steps toward closure.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in project controls on EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in EPC contract structures, claims, variations, and JV project arrangements.
• Ability to interrogate cost and schedule data and identify inconsistencies.
• Strong written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional certifications like PMP or CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review cost reports, forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates across EPC/capital projects to verify numbers.
• Assess schedule quality, critical path logic, delay analysis, and EOT claims.
• Evaluate variation orders, claims, and contractual entitlements with supporting evidence.
• Assess contractor/subcontractor performance data and progress measurement methods.
• Develop structured review frameworks around project controls processes.
• Discuss findings with project directors and contracts teams and drive closure.
