Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead to maintain and troubleshoot high and medium voltage systems, switchgear, cables, MCCs, and motors on site. The role requires hands-on diagnostics of PLC, VFD, UPS, and protection relays, reading SLDs and schematics, and following safety procedures.

You will manage maintenance planning, coordinate with teams, generate reports, and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards in a demanding oil & gas environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering or the relevant trade.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industry.
• Hands-on experience with the work order functions of the SAP EAM Maintenance module.
• Strong competency in team management, communication, maintenance planning, and report writing.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a good HSEQ track record.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and troubleshoot HV/MV/LV transformers and switchgear.
• Work on HV/MV/LV cables and terminations.
• Maintain MV/LV MCCs and motors.
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD and UPS systems.
• Maintain lighting, cathodic protection systems, hoists, and electrical systems of flares.
• Work with motor and feeder protection relays.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment, control systems, and power circuits.
• Read SLDs, machine sketches, and complex control schematics.
• Use multimeters, Meggers, and related testing/calibration instruments.
• Follow PTW, LOTO, HSEQ, and plant safety procedures
