Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planned and corrective maintenance of M&E systems on-site. You will coordinate technicians, review faults, and ensure safety and compliance while keeping detailed maintenance records and schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership over HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, and plumbing, with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance.

Qualificações

• Experience overseeing planned preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps and plumbing systems.
• Ability to assign tasks and monitor workmanship for quality.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing and associated equipment.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion.
• Review faults, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team.
• Review material requirements, spare parts and technical specifications.
• Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover.
• Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements and permits.
