Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems at our Doha site. You will supervise teams, coordinate shutdowns, and ensure equipment performance meets project requirements.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, accurate records, and timely reporting. You will review faults, manage spare parts, and liaise with the project team to deliver reliable, high-quality maintenance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing and associated equipment.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion.
• Review faults, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team.
• Review material requirements, spare parts and technical specifications.
• Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover.
• Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements and permits.
