Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks a senior Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Technicians in the routine maintenance, overhaul and breakdown repair of 33 kV, 11 kV, 3.3 kV and 415 V distribution networks at Gas Distribution Stations. You will oversee coordination, safety compliance and the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliable plant operation.

The role requires deep expertise in high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment, fault diagnosis, and safeguarding

Qualifications

• 15 years minimum experience in installation, maintenance, repair and overhaul of LV/MV/HV equipment.
• Experience with fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of relay control systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and participates in activities of subordinate Technicians in routine electrical maintenance, overhaul and breakdown repair of distribution networks.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and work is performed to prevent unsafe conditions and revenue losses.
• Maintains and improves preventative maintenance programmes and equipment reliability.
