Job summary

Penta Consulting seeks a Senior Developer / SME with 8-10+ years to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM applications for telecoms using PHP, Yii2, Oracle DB, and OAP CRM.

You will lead critical customer lifecycle, onboarding, billing operations, and service delivery, coordinating with business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing systems.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Proven experience developing telecom CRM and customer management applications.
• Deep understanding of customer operations and telecom workflows.
• Experience building secure, enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
