Job summary

Forvis Mazars in Qatar is seeking a Senior APEX/ADF Programmer to design and implement Oracle APEX and Oracle ADF applications, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations. You will ensure usability, security, and performance, and support production operations.

The role requires strong hands-on skills in Oracle APEX, ADF, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, UI design, and performance tuning, with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle APEX.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle ADF.
• Strong hands-on skills: Oracle APEX, ADF, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP, WebLogic, UI design, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design applications using Oracle APEX and Oracle ADF frameworks.
• Develop APEX pages, ADF task flows, and reusable components.
• Write PL/SQL packages, triggers, and database functions.
• Integrate with REST/SOAP web services and enterprise systems.
• Apply UI/UX standards, localization requirements, and accessibility.
• Implement session protection and data-level security.
• Manage deployments across DEV/UAT/PROD environments.
• Prepare documentation and user manuals.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency.
• Recommend modernization improvements.
