Job summary

Experience is seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of professional experience to design, build, and ship production software end-to-end across web, mobile, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

You will work on high‑traffic systems powering a consumer mobile app and admin portal, collaborate with product, design, QA, and mentor juniors while adopting new languages and platforms as the product requires.

Qualifications

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of professional experience building and shipping production software end‑to‑end. You will own features across the entire stack from mobile and web front ends, through APIs and server‑side logic, to cloud infrastructure and third‑party integrations. You will work on real, high‑traffic systems that power a consumer mobile app and its companion admin/web portal, including event‑driven media pipelines, analytics tracking, and cloud‑native services. This is a broad, ownership‑driven role. We are not looking for a specialist in a single language or framework. We need someone who can move fluidly between frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure, and who can pick up new languages, frameworks, and platforms as the product requires.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features spanning web frontends, mobile apps, backend services, and APIs.
• Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and integrate third‑party and internal services (payments, notifications, storage, CDN, auth, analytics, etc.).
• Build and maintain serverless and server‑based backend logic, including event‑driven processing pipelines and background jobs.
• Work across cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting compute, storage, databases, and content delivery.
• Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, and secure data handling across services.
• Build and support mobile app features and, where needed, native modules for iOS and Android.
• Design and evolve database schemas (SQL and NoSQL) and data models that scale with product growth.
• Instrument applications for monitoring, logging, and analytics; troubleshoot production issues using cloud logging and metrics tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to translate requirements into reliable, well‑tested, maintainable code.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and help set technical standards and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and languages where they best serve the product, not limited to any single stack.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of professional full stack development experience, with demonstrable production applications.
• Proven experience across the full stack: frontend UI development, backend/server‑side logic, API design, and third‑party integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js and at least one other backend runtime or framework (not limited to Node.js alone).
• Experience building for both web and mobile, including cross‑platform frameworks (e.g. React Native, Flutter) and, ideally, native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query performance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), compute, storage, serverless functions, CDN, and managed databases.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of application security, authentication/authorization patterns, and data protection best practices.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills across the stack, comfortable diagnosing issues from the UI down to infrastructure logs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of features end to end.
