Job summary

Forvis Mazars in Qatar seeks a Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and automate business processes with Oracle BPM Suite. You will create technical designs, build UI components, and document solutions per client standards.

You will analyze requirements, develop ADF/BPM solutions, integrate with databases and external systems, and ensure security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ADF and BPM Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce ADF/BPM solution designs.
• Develop ADF Faces UI, Task Flows, ADF Business Components, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Model and monitor BPM processes, human tasks, and business rules.
• Integrate with Oracle Database, SOA Suite, and external systems.
• Apply security controls (JAAS, SSO, OIDC), role mapping, and data protection.
• Prepare deployment scripts and promote builds across environments.
• Author technical documentation (HLD/LLD), user guides, and test evidence.
• Recommend performance improvements and tuning.
• Coordinate with client teams to ensure consistent workflows.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

About The Role

We're hiring a Senior Oracle ADF / BPM Programmer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and automate business processes using Oracle BPM Suite. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and produce ADF/BPM solution designs
• Develop ADF Faces UI, Task Flows, ADF Business Components, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Model and monitor BPM processes, human tasks, and business rules
• Integrate with Oracle Database, SOA Suite, and external systems
• Apply security controls (JAAS, SSO, OIDC), role mapping, and data protection

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on skills: Oracle ADF, JDeveloper, BPMN 2.0, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP, SQL, Git

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Specialist (ADF/Java) or BPM certification
• Prior experience delivering projects for government or public-sector clients in the Middle East
• Fluency in Arabic and English
