Job summary

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading – Qatar Branch is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team. You will build relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers while driving sales growth in Qatar.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetics in Qatar, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics field in Qatar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Native Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their business.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer reports.
• Deliver excellent after-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
