Job summary

Aldibel L.L.C in Doha, Qatar is seeking a motivated Cosmetic Sales Promoter to be the face of our cosmetic brand. You will deliver expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, customer relationship building, inventory management, and collaborating on marketing campaigns. Fluency in English is required, Arabic knowledge is highly preferred, and weekend/holiday shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in cosmetic sales or retail environment, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic products, skincare ingredients, makeup trends, and beauty applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customer groups.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Sales technique proficiency with a results-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling customer concerns.
• Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetic products with confidence, providing expert advice on skincare routines, makeup application, and beauty regimens tailored to individual customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, showcasing the benefits and features of cosmetic lines to drive customer interest and purchases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and personalized product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer preferences using point-of-sale systems and sales management tools.
• Manage inventory effectively, monitor stock levels, and communicate product replenishment needs to the team.
• Stay current with the latest cosmetic trends, product innovations, and industry developments to provide informed guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and develop professional skills.
