Job summary

Teyseer Services in Qatar is seeking an experienced Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, and catering functions. You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate is female, holds a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management or Hospitality, and has at least six years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably in catering or hospitality.
• Strong experience in event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness, cost-control skills, and the ability to manage multiple events under pressure.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and special functions according to requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and develop event plans and budgets.
• Manage catering arrangements, menu planning, food presentation, and service delivery in coordination with kitchen and operations teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely availability of resources and equipment.
• Supervise event setup, manpower allocation, and on-site operations.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HSE requirements, and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare event reports, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
