Teyseer Services company in Doha is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to coordinate day-to-day purchasing for catering and facilities management operations, ensuring timely procurement of food, beverages, consumables, cleaning materials, equipment, spare parts and more at competitive prices.

You will issue purchase orders, manage supplier quotes and deliveries, monitor orders, and ensure compliance with specifications, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably within catering, hospitality, facilities management, or FMCG.
• Experience in purchasing food products and FM-related materials is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP/procurement systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate purchase requests from catering facilities operations and support departments.
• Obtain and compare quotations from approved suppliers and prepare purchase orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of required materials and follow up with suppliers on orders.
• Verify purchases meet specifications, quantities, quality, standards and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement of food, beverages, cleaning materials, PPE, and FM-related materials.
• Maintain supplier and product information including prices and lead times.
