Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Qatar seeks a Senior Commercial Director to lead Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering and PR across Doha and The Pearl-Qatar. You will align hotel and resort business plans with revenue-generating strategies and report to the General Manager as a member of the Hotel Planning Committee.

You will drive RevPAR, profitability and market share through strategic pricing, distribution and high-level partnerships, while delivering Four Seasons service

Qualifications

• Strategic leader with experience in luxury hospitality and commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management within luxury brands.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and deliver results.
• Strong financial and budget management acumen.
• Creative mindset to identify opportunities within a brand environment.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach and flexibility to travel to key markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing commercial team across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Catering and PR.
• Develop pricing and revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
• Oversee key account management and partnerships to optimize group, transient and corporate segments.
• Drive an integrated Marketing Plan and manage digital/traditional channels to strengthen brand presence.
• Oversee Public Relations and brand initiatives to grow awareness and preference.
