Qualifications

• One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
• Guest-centric approach and understanding of guest preferences.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assists guests in inquiries regarding hotel services, hours, events, and directions.
• Responds to guest requests promptly, in person or by phone.
• Resolves guest complaints and seeks ways to recognize and personalize service.
• Adheres to Four Seasons’ standards, policies, and procedures.
• Complies with hotel work rules and standards of conduct as outlined in handbook.
