Four Seasons Doha, a premier luxury hotel in Qatar, is hiring a Senior Commercial Director to lead the commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations. The role focuses on developing pricing strategies, optimizing RevPAR, and building strategic partnerships while aligning with the hotel’s business plan and corporate standards.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a Commercial Director role within luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or hospitality management preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and financial/budget management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing, distribution, and strategic partnerships.
• Align hotel and resort business plans with revenue-generating strategies and corporate goals.
• Represent Four Seasons Qatar in commercial forums and maintain relationships within the network.
