Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years successful high-value claims and time extensions in the Middle East.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications.
• 15 years project experience, with 5 years in contract administration for major build projects/contracts.
• Proficient in Primavera P3 for program analysis and delay analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and negotiate complex contractual claims on mega projects.

• Analyze tender pricing, rates and productivity.
• Inspect and analyze records and contractual notices.
• Analyze time spent, costs incurred and productivity.
