Job summary

The Highfield Company is seeking an experienced MRICS qualified Contracts Manager to join their team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts for significant building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include handling claims submissions and leading their commercial team. The role offers a competitive monthly remuneration package of QAR 45-50K, along with medical insurance and 25 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced MRICS qualified Contracts Manager seeking the opportunity to work for one of Qatar’s premier Project Management organisations?

My client is at the forefront of a number of major building/infrastructure projects and needs to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a suitably experienced project Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

MRICS qualified and possess a relevant construction related degree. FIDIC Form of Contract knowledge is a pre-requisite as the role will involve dealing with claims submittals by the appointed main contractor.

Compensation

If you have the required skills and experience then my client can offer – A lump sum remuneration package of QAR 45-50K (salary, housing, transportation & flights) per month is on offer; in addition the client will provide medical insurance for self and family + 25 days annual holiday.
