Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services in Qatar seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer with strong oil & gas project background. The role requires 8 years of engineering experience, including 4 years in the oil and gas sector and at least 1 year in supervisory or contractor oversight responsibilities.

You will support design and execution activities for onshore sour gas and LNG facilities, offshore platforms, and related infrastructure, leveraging knowledge in geotechnical, foundation and structural design to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
8 years' experience in engineering, incl. 4 years in Oil & Gas.
Minimum 1 year supervisory or oversight of contractors/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.
Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (Onshore) and large Offshore Platforms.
Brownfield engineering and execution knowledge.
Experience in berth design and seabed dredging is an advantage.
Knowledge in geotechnical, foundation design, drainage design, precast concrete, steel structures, building design and dynamic equipment foundation design.
Blast Design is an advantage.
