Job summary

Swan Global seeks a Lead Civil/Structural Engineer to lead design and review of civil/structural deliverables for complex oil & gas projects.

You will provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specs. A strong leadership presence and deep domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil/structural design, preferably in oil & gas projects.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng/PE) preferred.
• Consultancy experience with Kent, Wood, Worley, BCCES, or Technip.
• Valid Qatar Engineering License (MME/MMUP/UPDA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation).
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
