Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services in Doha is seeking a senior Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a total of 8 years in engineering roles, including 4 years in Oil & Gas and at least 1 year in supervision or oversight of contractors.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LNG developments involving multiple EPCs, risk-based decision making, upstream sour gas and LNG facilities, large utilities system design, and Lump Sum contracts with major EPC contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8 years experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.
• Experience with an integrated LNG development involving multiple EPCs.
• Experience with risk assessment approach to decision making.
• Experience with Upstream sour service gas and LNG facilities.
• Experience with large utilities system design.
• Experience working with major EPC Contractors in a Lump Sum environment.
