Job summary

Petroplan Oil and Gas Company in Qatar is seeking a Civil/Structural Design Engineer for its engineering team. The role requires O&G and petrochemicals expertise, a BSC in Civil/Structural Engineering, and hands-on experience with MS Office, SmartPlant 3D, Navisworks, STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation and Revit.

Preferred skills include Dynamic Foundation Design, Microstation, AutoCAD, SACS, Tekla, Dyna6 and related software.

Qualifications

• O&G and Petrochemicals expertise.
• BSC Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Capable of independently performing capacity and sufficiency calculations, foundation, column, row slab/beam layouts, section and schedules, strip bending schedule, lifting station design, road intersections, dam and channel, and guardrail design including appropriate paint and coating selection.
