Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Site Catering Supervisor to oversee daily procurement operations, inventory, and staff in Doha. You will orient new employees, plan schedules, control costs, and ensure HACCP compliance across kitchen, dining and lodging facilities.

Strong leadership and SAP ERP experience are required. The role calls for coordinating with site managers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely delivery and service for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food service, food production and employee management is required.
• Knowledge of personal health standards is essential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Inspects employees daily for cleanliness and health problems.
• Monitors cleaning procedure execution.
• Monitors proper food handling procedures.
• Orientates new employees on tasks and procedures.
• Inspects kitchen, dishroom, store rooms and dining areas to ensure cleaning standards.
• Maintains daily timesheets for all employees and coordinates coverage.
• Manages HACCP-related forms and quality monitoring.
• Liaises with Production Manager and Site Supervisors on operations and quality.
• Ensures timely accurate accounting and production within the site.
• Ensures compliance with contract and company policies.
• Determines ingredient requirements and portions.
• Trains and manages wait staff and kitchen personnel.
• Oversees food prep and customer service.
• Reports on expenses and manages stock and orders.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
