Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking aConstruction Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing projects, manage the construction team, and ensure safety compliance. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance, and training staff.

The role requires leadership, budgeting and scheduling capabilities, with strong attention to detail and IT literacy. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction sites and supervise the construction team.
• Order building supplies and schedule equipment maintenance.

• Maintain attendance records and evaluate staff performance.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure design, safety and budget compliance.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.
