Job summary

Egis, a leading global firm in architecture, consulting and construction engineering, seeks an experienced business development professional in Qatar. You will drive the BD strategy, identify opportunities with clients, and support management with negotiations and formal proposals.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 10–15 years of international consultancy experience in the Middle East, with fluency in English and Arabic. Qatar experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of business development experience in international consultancies in the Middle East, including Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Improve efficiency of the business development strategy.
• Identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Develop negotiation strategies and support management in all BD aspects.
• Prepare and present commercial and technical recommendations to clients and management.
• Update management on market trends and maintain CRM leads and tenders.
• Prepare PIQ bids and coordinate with BUs for proposals.
