Job summary

Qatar National Bank in Doha is seeking an experienced AVP Domain Support Manager to lead the maintenance and support of domain operations, ensuring services are delivered within budget targets. The role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, archiving, and enterprise backup solutions, with a focus on team leadership and process improvement.

You will coordinate with program directors and management to design efficient workflows, manage vendors, and ensure SLAs and risk controls

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services with specialization in systems management, network design, implementation and maintenance.
Leadership experience with ability to motivate and direct a team.
Strong knowledge of domain infrastructure components and enterprise IT standards.

Responsibilities

Manage Domain Support team and lead maintenance and support of domain operations within budgeted cost targets.
Provide support for non-core servers and infrastructure apps including Active Directory, Exchange, Archiving, Enterprise Backup, ECC, and SharePoint.
Oversee administrators and consultants; coordinate with Program Directors and Management Team for efficient workflows.
Lead documentation, requirements, and vendor selections per purchasing policies.
Ensure SLAs, DR readiness, and accurate information to auditors and risk functions.
Foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
