Responsibilities

• Manage assignments and resources within Domain Support
• Provide technical support to QNB employees
• Shadow Senior Manager on projects, deliverables, and training
• Install/validate endpoint agents and apply security patches
• Ensure SLA adherence and DR/backups testing
• Maintain and update domain infrastructure: AD, Exchange, SCOM, Citrix, Azure/Google Cloud
