Job summary

QNB Group in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Domain Operations AVP to lead the Domain Support team, ensuring maintenance, support, and adherence to IT standards. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage core services like Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint, and drive efficiency within budget targets.

The role requires oversight of incidents, upgrades, and DR planning, aligning with risk, compliance, and governance guidelines to sustain enterprise reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial services with specialization in managing systems, network design, implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and support of the Domain operations function.
• Ensure SLAs are met and coordinate with internal customers.
• Manage domain services, Active Directory, and server infrastructure.
• Lead vendor selection and contract assignments.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk/compliance adherence.
