Job summary

VAM Systems is seeking a Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Architect for a banking client in Doha. The role requires leading architecture initiatives, coordinating with the Head of Enterprise Architecture, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals across IT security, governance, and DR capabilities.

The candidate should have a strong background in infrastructure architecture, IT security, and cross‑functional leadership within financial services.

Qualifications

• University graduate with Computer Science or related degree.
• Specialization or courses in IT security and Infrastructure Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Head of Enterprise Architecture to provide architectural recommendations aligned with the bank's strategy.
• Meet with internal managers/project owners to document requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop and deliver infrastructure architecture, engage delivery programs, and implement governance and standards (ITIL, security, DR).
• Lead architecture reviews with infrastructure teams, risk management, and audit to ensure compliance and standards.
